Qualifications

• A relevant diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology, Draughting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; experience with Revit or other BIM software is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.
• Good understanding of basic architectural principles and building construction.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings and 3D models under the supervision of senior staff.
• Assist in the production of construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and details.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and relevant building codes.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
• Collaborate with the design team using virtual collaboration tools.
