Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Intern Architect to join a fully remote team. This internship offers practical experience across design and documentation stages under the guidance of experienced professionals.

You will contribute to design development, drawings, and project research while working from anywhere in South Africa. This role emphasizes mentorship, professional growth, and hands-on learning in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Architecture degree.
• Basic knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong passion for architecture and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior architects in developing concepts and designs.
• Prepare drawings and presentations using CAD/BIM.
• Research building materials, technologies, and codes.
• Support project submissions and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain project files and documentation systems.
