You will handle bookkeeping, financial statement prep, payroll processing, and tax compliance while supporting clients and growing your technical skill set in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Accurate analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective client communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform bookkeeping: recording transactions, reconciliations, AP/AR.
• Assist with payroll processing and statutory submissions.
• Assist with tax returns for individuals and businesses.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance.
• Liaise with clients to gather financial information and address queries.
• Use accounting software to manage data.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Contribute to process improvements within accounting.
