• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with project-based procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source suppliers for IT equipment, software, and related services.
• Obtain quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable terms with vendors.
• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders accurately.
• Manage the entire purchasing process from requisition to delivery confirmation.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all procurement transactions and vendor communications.
• Liaise with project managers and technical teams to understand procurement needs.
