The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in IT procurement, strong vendor negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software. Excellent communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience with a focus on IT procurement.
• Experience managing remote procurement processes and using virtual tools.
• Strong negotiation with IT vendors and familiarity with software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT procurement in a remote setup.
• Conduct market research for competitive IT pricing and suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contractual obligations with vendors.
• Process requisitions and issue accurate purchase orders.
• Monitor vendor performance and maintain virtual relationships.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams via virtual channels.
