Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations, financial services laws, and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's compliance program for the insurance sector.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure timely updates to company policies and procedures.
