Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience in operations research, analytics, or a related quantitative role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and validate mathematical models for optimization problems, including linear programming, integer programming, and queuing theory.
• Design and execute complex simulations to evaluate operational scenarios and predict performance outcomes.
• Apply statistical methods and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and forecast future outcomes.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and model results.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in operations research, analytics, and related technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and engineers on analytical methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used in models and analyses.
• Present complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences through virtual presentations.
