Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial automation with PLCs, SCADA, and HMIs.
• Experience with remote access technologies and cybersecurity principles.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex automation networks and systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for remote work.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and manage industrial automation systems (PLCs, HMIs, SCADA).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues using remote tools.
• Provide remote technical support to clients experiencing disruptions.
• Implement software updates and configuration changes remotely.
• Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering to identify root causes and permanent solutions.
• Assist clients with system integration and remote setup.
• Conduct remote training sessions for client personnel.
