Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a qualified Remote Hygiene Specialist to join their team. This fully remote role focuses on maintaining high hygiene standards across diverse environments, assessing and implementing protocols from your own workspace.

You will analyze compliance data, train staff via virtual channels, and advise site managers on sanitation best practices, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hygiene management, sanitation, or public health.
• Deep knowledge of hygiene regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update hygiene policies based on industry standards and regulatory changes.
• Conduct remote assessments and audits of sanitation practices using data and virtual tools.
• Provide training and consultation to staff and management via virtual channels.
• Analyze hygiene performance metrics and identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Investigate remotely reported hygiene-related issues and troubleshoot accordingly.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of all hygiene-related activities and recommendations.
