Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Hygiene Compliance Officer to oversee and enforce hygiene and sanitation standards across all sites from a home office.

The role focuses on developing compliance strategies, conducting virtual assessments, analyzing data, and guiding on-site teams to uphold health regulations and best practices. A background in public health or environmental sciences and strong remote collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hygiene management, sanitation, or regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience developing and implementing compliance programs, preferably remote or multi-site.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., FDA, OSHA, local health codes).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sanitation compliance programs.
• Conduct regular virtual audits and assessments of facilities to ensure adherence to standards.
• Analyze compliance data, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Develop and deliver training materials on hygiene best practices for staff at all levels.
• Stay abreast of current health regulations, industry standards, and emerging hygiene technologies.
• Collaborate with site managers and operational teams to promote a culture of cleanliness and safety.
