Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Hygiene and Compliance Officer to join our operations team. This fully remote role will oversee hygiene standards and regulatory compliance across client sites and internal processes, driving best practices from a distance.

You will develop, implement, and monitor hygiene protocols, conduct remote audits, analyze compliance data, and provide virtual guidance to on-site teams while staying abreast of evolving HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hygiene management, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, project management, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for diverse operational environments.
• Conduct remote audits and assessments of client sites and internal processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze compliance data and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and training to on-site teams regarding hygiene best practices and regulatory requirements via virtual channels.
• Stay abreast of evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the company's operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, audit findings, and improvement initiatives for senior management.
