Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Hygiene Coordinator to lead hygiene standards across distributed operations. This fully remote role demands strategic planning to develop, implement, and monitor sanitation protocols for remote teams, with emphasis on training and virtual inspections.

You will ensure compliance with health regulations, drive continuous improvement, and influence stakeholders across locations through clear communication and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hygiene Management, Sanitation, or a related field with policy development and implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and train teams remotely.
• In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures for all facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee remote teams responsible for cleaning and disinfection protocols.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments to ensure adherence to hygiene standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices in hygiene and infection control.
• Monitor compliance with local and international health regulations and standards.
• Analyze hygiene data and recommend strategies for improvement and risk mitigation.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of hygiene supplies and equipment remotely.
