Job summary

Copeland is seeking an experienced professional to provide application engineering support across Africa, collaborating with distributors, contractors, and OEMs to solve complex HVACR challenges. You will assist customers with heat load calculations and product selection, while developing training materials and leading technical sessions.

You will also manage warranty issues, conduct RCA analyses, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with manufacturing to improve product performance.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 8–10 years of HVACR design, projects, service, technical support, or training within HVACR.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical queries from customers and work with distributors, contractors and OEMs to provide solutions.
• Lead NBO for refrigeration products in MEA with Sales.
• Develop and manage a training calendar; deliver hands-on training on controllers and protections used in condensers and compressors.
