Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations and mediate conflicts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and misconduct.
• Develop and implement HR policies related to conduct and performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations.
