The successful candidate will facilitate online sessions, design outcomes-based learning and ensure high standards in marking and moderation. A relevant honours degree is required, with a master’s being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in HRM or closely related field.
• Master’s degree or current enrolment toward master’s preferred.
• Experience in HR, people management or organisational roles advantageous.
• Some teaching/ facilitation experience preferred, but career development possible.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging online learning sessions across HR modules.
• Support development and review of learning content.
• Design assessments that promote applied learning and critical thinking.
• Assess student performance using formative, summative and practical assessments.
• Support learning in areas like people management and governance.
• Provide academic support and respond to queries.
• Moderate and contribute to quality assurance of materials and assessments.
• Assist with ongoing module development and review.
• Ensure marking and results meet academic standards.
• Collaborate with part-time staff and examiners as needed.
• Engage with HR professionals to connect learning with workplace practices.
• Stay updated on HR trends and future of work.
