Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in senior hospitality management roles.
• Proven track record consulting for multiple hospitality businesses.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation and client management.
• Proficiency in hospitality software and operational tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assess client operations for service, efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and action plans.
• Advise on service standards, operations, marketing and revenue management.
