Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in a fully remote environment. You will lead a team of product managers, partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and ensure products meet market needs while driving growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in product management, with 3+ in leadership, a strong background in Agile and market analysis, and a bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Business (MBA a plus).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in product management with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development and market analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in remote or distributed team environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers in a distributed environment.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews.
• Translate strategy into detailed specs and user stories for development teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Act as the primary liaison between product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
