Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to define the AI product strategy, roadmap, and requirements. This remote role partners with engineering, research, and design to deliver AI-powered features for a growing portfolio.

You will own the backlog, guide go-to-market, and liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, leveraging AI knowledge and market insights to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience with a strong AI/ML focus.
• Proven track record launching and scaling AI-powered products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience in agile development and distributed remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for AI features.
• Prioritize backlog and manage sprint planning with engineering teams.
• Launch new AI products and features, defining Go-to-Market strategies.
• Act as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
