Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Remote Digital Marketing Specialist to join their virtual marketing team, supporting campaigns for Mahikeng and beyond. In this fully remote role, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate qualified leads.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email and content marketing.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote work.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Implement and refine SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid search visibility.
• Create engaging email marketing campaigns and manage CRM databases.
• Develop and analyze website and campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure marketing materials are aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.
