Placements24 is seeking a Creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role operates mainly remotely, with occasional requirements in Mahikeng to support campaigns and brand initiatives.

You will craft compelling content, manage multiple channels, and ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and proven experience delivering successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CMS, and social media management platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans to support business objectives.
• Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, digital ads, and website copy.
• Manage social media content and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on creative development and campaign execution.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights for optimization.
