Placements24 is seeking a Digital Campaign Specialist to plan, execute and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media and email. This remote role connects to our Mahikeng hub and requires strong data-driven decision making.

You will manage budgets, develop creatives, monitor metrics, report on performance, and collaborate with the marketing team to hit engagement and conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email.
• Develop campaign creatives, including ad copy, landing pages, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
• Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
