Placements24 is seeking a growth marketing leader to drive data-driven growth in a fully remote role. You will design and execute strategies across the funnel, running rapid experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, retention and referral.

The role requires strong analytics, SQL, and a track record of scalable growth. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in growth/performance marketing, expertise in automation platforms, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 7+ years in growth/performance marketing with a data-driven approach.
• Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue via experimentation.
• Strong skills in SQL, analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
• Deep understanding of full funnel marketing and cross-channel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy across funnel stages.
• Design and manage a rigorous experimentation framework (A/B/multivariate testing).
• Analyze user behavior and marketing data to identify growth drivers.
• Manage paid channels (SEM, social, affiliates) for ROI optimization.
• Collaborate with product/engineering/data teams to align marketing with product aims.
• Own lifecycle marketing including email, in-app messaging, and loyalty programs.
• Stay ahead of growth trends, tools, and methodologies.
