Qualifications

• Master's degree in business/strategy-related field required.
• 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or business development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of innovation frameworks, design thinking, and agile methods.
• Excellent analytical, research, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional virtual communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze new market opportunities, business models, and partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive innovation strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and co-creation sessions with client teams.
