Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Growth Consultant to join a distributed team in a fully remote, remote-first environment. You will advise clients on market entry, growth strategies and competitive positioning while delivering measurable results across diverse geographies.

The role requires an MBA or equivalent and 5–7 years in strategy consulting, with strong analytical, presentation and influencing skills, and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic business development.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth strategies for diverse organizations.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex, long-term strategic projects.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine corporate and business unit strategies for clients.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunity assessments.
• Advise clients on market entry strategies, product development, and expansion plans.
• Facilitate strategic planning workshops and alignment sessions virtually.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with client leadership teams to drive the implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members remotely.
• Stay abreast of global market trends, emerging technologies, and disruptive forces impacting growth strategies.
