Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive data-driven growth from a fully remote setup. You will identify opportunities, design A/B tests, and optimize the full e-commerce funnel to boost acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

The role requires analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will work on market opportunities in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, ZA, while impacting global channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Growth Hacker, Digital Marketing Manager with a growth focus, or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience identifying and executing growth experiments that increased key metrics.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, CRO, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data-driven growth strategy focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR).
• Design and run rapid experiments (A/B, multivariate) across website, landing pages, email, social, and ads.
• Analyze experiment results and user behavior to derive actionable insights and growth levers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to implement winning experiments.
• Identify new growth channels through market research and trend monitoring.
• Optimize conversion rates across key pages and customer journey.
• Develop and manage referral and loyalty programs to boost advocacy.
• Monitor growth KPIs and report learnings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on growth hacking tools and techniques and test new approaches.
• Work remotely and manage multiple experiments autonomously.
