You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while balancing client expectations, internal resources, and commercial objectives. • Lead end-to-end client delivery across assigned projects and accounts.
• Manage tight deadlines and ensure all milestones are met.
• Own and control project budgets to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Produce and deliver weekly project status reports.
• Plan, schedule, and manage internal and external resources effectively.
• Work with internal and external delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
• Ensure all outputs meet the original brief, agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.
• Lead client meetings to provide progress updates and capture actions for delivery.
• Liaise with internal teams to translate briefs into accurate timelines and estimates.
• Arrange and manage client meetings to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular status updates and attend client calls based on account needs.
• Perform administrative tasks to maintain structured, well-organised project delivery.
• Maintain clear documentation, meeting notes, and delivery trackers.
• Work efficiently and maintain our internal systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Harvest and ClickUp.
