Placements24 seeks a highly organized Remote Grant Manager for an established international foundation focused on environmental conservation. This role oversees the administration and strategic allocation of grant funding to conservation projects worldwide, operating fully remotely.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in grant management cycles, financial oversight, donor compliance, and remote collaboration.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Environmental Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in grant management, financial management, or program administration; NGO/foundation preferred.
• Experience handling complex grant portfolios and donor-funded projects.
• Strong knowledge of grant management software and financial accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
• Commitment to environmental conservation and sustainability.

Mansioni

• Manage full lifecycle of grants from application review to final reporting.
• Develop and implement grant management policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and financial reports from grantees.
• Conduct regular financial and programmatic reviews of ongoing grants.
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain grant records in the grants management system.
