Placements24 is seeking a Remote Graduate UX/UI Designer to join a globally distributed team and shape user experiences for cutting-edge web applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers from anywhere in a remote-first environment.

As a recent graduate, you will contribute across the full design process—from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity UI design—and work with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD while learning

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills for web applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and information architecture diagrams.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web applications.
• Design high-fidelity visual mockups and UI elements adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and stakeholder input.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.
