Job summary

Placements24 is seeking proactive and organized Graduate Project Coordinators to join their distributed team. This role is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain experience in project management within a fully remote setting.

You will support project managers by coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to keep initiatives on track. The position offers remote work from Vereeniging, with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, and learning across a variety of projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) is a plus.
• Fully remote work setup based out of Vereeniging.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate project-related tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and risk logs.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Support the identification and mitigation of project risks and issues.
