Placements24 is seeking energetic and organized Graduate Project Coordinators to join our fully remote team. This role offers foundational experience in project management across industries and supports project managers in planning and monitoring projects from anywhere.

You will develop plans, track progress, manage meetings and documentation, and assist with resource procurement. The position is ideal for recent graduates eager to learn methodologies and contribute to project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for remote collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and communicate updates to the team.
• Coordinate project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Manage project documentation and ensure all project-related information is organized and accessible.
• Support the procurement of project resources and manage vendor communications as needed.
