Placements24 is recruiting for a Graduate Financial Analyst role offering a fully remote setup. You will build financial models, assist in budgeting and forecasting, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports helping the finance team drive strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial principles and market understanding.
• Excel proficiency with advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with financial analysis software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop financial models to support forecasting and planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and KPIs.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budget.
• Assist in valuation of projects and investment opportunities.
• Contribute to presentations for senior management.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data through reconciliation and validation.
• Research economic and industry trends affecting performance.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis requests as needed.
