Job summary

Placements24 is recruiting a strategic Supply Chain Director to lead global operations on a fully remote basis. You will design end-to-end supply chain strategies, oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and demand planning, and drive innovation in a distributed environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in supply chain leadership, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and SCM software. A related degree and certifications such as CSCP/CPIM are highly desirable.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with leadership in complex networks.
Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, logistics, inventory optimization, and demand planning.
Strong analytical skills; experience with SCM software and ERP systems.
Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree or certifications (CSCP/CPIM) desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy to optimize efficiency and costs.
Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and demand forecasting.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
Drive visibility, agility, and performance through technology and best practices.
Monitor metrics, manage risks, and ensure business continuity in a remote setup.
