Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote Chief Operating Officer to lead global operations for a mission-driven energy company. The role requires strategic oversight of supply chain, manufacturing, project execution, and customer service across time zones, with a remote-first culture.

You will mentor a diverse, global team, establish KPIs, optimize processes, and drive sustainability and compliance while managing budgets and capex to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years in senior operations leadership roles (COO/VP Operations) in global/multi-national organizations.
• Proven ability to scale operations in high-growth industries, preferably renewables/related tech.
• Expertise in global supply chains, manufacturing, and large-scale project execution.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and P&L oversight.
