Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in senior operations leadership roles (e.g., COO, VP of Operations), with a significant portion in global or multi-national organizations.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations in high-growth industries, preferably within renewable energy or a related technology sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex global supply chains, manufacturing, and large-scale project execution.
• Exceptional strategic planning, financial management, and P&L oversight capabilities.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to lead diverse, remote teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using advanced collaboration tools and remote work technologies.
• Experience in a fully remote leadership role is highly desirable.
