Descrizione del lavoro

Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring a Generative AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This is a builder role, not a research role. You will build production systems on top of AI models rather than training them.

You will work with engineering and delivery leadership to convert a documented automation roadmap into shipped, functioning systems. Candidates should have hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, and API integrations with OpenAI or Anthropic.

Competenze

2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen.
Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Mansioni

Agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
Integrations with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs including tool use and function calling.
Internal tools that reduce manual hours across our design and development production process.
Automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our internal CMS.
MCP server integrations as part of our broader AI stack.
