Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an AI Software Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This builder role focuses on production systems atop AI models, not model training.

You will build agentic workflows, integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, and create internal tools to cut manual hours across our design and development flow. Remote work includes Latin America and South Africa.

Formación

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• English sufficient for async written work with a US-based team.

Responsabilidades

• Own and ship internal automation roadmap; build production systems on AI models.
• Develop agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent frameworks.
• Integrations with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs including tool use and function calling.
• Create internal tools to reduce manual hours across design and development workflows.
• Build automation pipelines connecting WordPress, Figma, Google Workspace and our internal CMS.
• Participate in MCP server integrations as part of the AI stack.
