Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Fundraising Manager to lead national fundraising across South Africa. You will develop and execute fundraising strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and secure funding to support our mission, with the flexibility of fully remote work.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in fundraising, with 2+ in leadership, proven success across diverse strategies, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience with digital platforms, CRM

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years fundraising experience, with 2+ in a management role.
• Proven track record achieving ambitious fundraising goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-channel fundraising strategy to meet targets.
• Manage major donors, corporate partners, and foundations nationwide.
• Plan and execute online and offline fundraising campaigns and events.
• Write grant proposals, donor appeals, and sponsorship packages.
• Utilize CRM for donor management, tracking, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of fundraising staff and volunteers.
