Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Trade Marketing Manager for the FMCG sector. You will develop and execute trade marketing strategies to boost retail presence and sales from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities include designing in-store promotions, managing retailer relationships, analyzing ROI, and collaborating with sales teams and external partners to deliver impactful programs that drive brand growth and commercial results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG.
• Experience in developing and executing successful trade marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, channel management, and category strategy.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with brand and sales strategies.
• Design and execute in-store promotions, POS materials, and merchandising strategies.
• Analyze trade spend effectiveness and ROI, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

• Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and agencies for successful execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and shopper behavior for opportunities.
