Placements24 is seeking a creative and strategically minded Trade Marketing Specialist to support a dynamic FMCG portfolio in a fully remote role. You will develop and execute trade marketing plans, collaborate with sales and brand teams, and tailor promotions for the retail environment to drive sales and enhance brand presence at the point of purchase.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful trade marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement innovative trade marketing plans and promotional activities tailored for the FMCG retail environment.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for trade marketing interventions.
• Create compelling in-store merchandising materials, point-of-sale displays, and promotional collateral.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective execution of trade programs at the retail level.
• Manage trade marketing budgets and measure the ROI of various initiatives.
