Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in logistics coordination or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing.
• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation to customers and distribution centers.
• Manage relationships with 3PLs and freight carriers.
• Track shipments and provide real-time delivery updates.
• Optimize routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and documentation.
• Maintain records of shipments, inventory, and logistics expenses.
• Resolve issues and delays in the transportation process.
• Collaborate with warehousing, sales, and customer service teams.
• Assist in developing and implementing logistics policies and procedures.
