Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch of vehicles to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor fleet performance in real-time, addressing disruptions.
• Maintain maintenance records and service schedules for compliance.
• Communicate with drivers, providing route support and information.
• Manage operational issues or emergencies during transit.
• Process documentation such as manifests, fuel logs, and hours worked.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales for integrated flow.
• Assist in enforcing company fleet policies and procedures.
