• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet management, preferably with remote capabilities.
• Strong proficiency with logistics software, GPS tracking, and communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily dispatch operations for a remote vehicle fleet.
• Serve as the primary remote contact for drivers, providing real‑time guidance.
• Monitor performance and delivery status using tracking software.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges, including delays and vehicle issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries and fleet activity.
• Communicate with customers, internal teams and partners regarding logistics.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
• Analyze data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate communication between drivers and operations teams.
