Placements24 is seeking a strategic and experienced Remote Fleet Operations Manager to oversee a growing fleet from a remote location in South Africa. You will optimize performance, ensure compliance, and drive cost-efficiency across multiple operational hubs serving Vereeniging and surrounding areas.

You will lead a remote team, implement best practices, leverage technology for fleet management, and monitor safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fleet management or logistics operations, with supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of fleet management software, telematics, and route optimization technologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex operations and motivate teams remotely.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
