Placements24 is seeking a Remote Fitness Program Developer to design engaging, evidence-based online fitness programs for a global audience. You will craft workouts, progression plans, and wellness content from a home base, collaborating with our digital content team to deliver scalable programs.

The role requires a strong background in exercise science, 4+ years of program design, and certifications from NASM/ACE/ACSM. Remote work offers flexibility and global reach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Science or closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of fitness program design experience, preferably online.
• Certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM or equivalent is essential.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and training principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop fitness programs for app and web platforms.
• Create detailed workout plans with sets, reps, rest periods, and progression strategies.
• Develop engaging fitness challenges, series, and themed programs.
• Ensure programs are evidence-based, safe, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with video production to reflect instructions accurately.
• Write clear, concise, and motivating descriptions for all fitness content.
• Analyze user feedback and performance data to improve programs.
• Stay current with fitness trends, research, and online wellness tech.
• Contribute to educational content related to fitness and healthy living.
• Manage multiple program development projects with timely delivery.
