Placements24 is seeking a Public Relations Director for a remote-first, globally focused leadership role. Based in Cape Town, you will spearhead international PR strategies, mentor a distributed team, and manage media relationships to elevate client brands across platforms.

You will drive crisis communications, digital PR initiatives, and strategic business development while ensuring cohesive messaging for a diverse client base.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years of extensive public relations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or director role.
• Proven track record of high-impact campaigns on an international scale.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Extensive network of international media contacts and global media dynamics.
• Crisis management and reputation safeguarding experience.
• Proficiency in advanced PR software, analytics tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital PR, social media, and influencer marketing strategies.

Responsabilidades
