Placements24 is seeking a visionary Head of Operations to lead our distributed operations team in a fully remote setting. You will design and drive operational strategies that scale globally, optimize workflows, and ensure flawless execution across functions.

You will manage a geographically dispersed team, build a data-driven culture, set KPIs, and steward budgets while partnering with senior leadership to support growth from Stellenbosch and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations management
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Experience scaling remote/global operations
• Strong strategic execution capabilities
• Leadership, communication, and virtual team management
