Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with remote or distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing global remote-first strategies.
• Deep understanding of collaboration tools and project management software.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and change management capabilities.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a positive remote work culture.
