Placements24 is seeking a Financial Transformation Consultant for a top-tier management consultancy based in Klerksdorp, North West. You will assess current financial operations, design future-state FP&A, treasury, shared services, and lead implementation of transformative solutions while collaborating remotely with clients across the region.

Ideal candidates hold a CA(SA)/ACCA/CIMA or MBA with finance, at least 7 years in finance or consulting, and strong skills in FP&A, systems implementations

Qualifications

• CA(SA), ACCA or CIMA qualification or MBA with a finance specialization.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in finance, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience with FP&A, treasury, and financial systems implementations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current financial processes, systems, and structures to identify improvements.
• Design and implement future-state financial operating models (FP&A, treasury, accounting).
• Lead or support implementation of financial systems (ERP, EPM).
• Develop business cases and financial models for transformation initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and project teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide strategic advice on financial management and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate workshops and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and technology advancements.
