Placements24, on behalf of a prestigious management consultancy, seeks a Management Consultant with a strong Financial Advisory focus to serve clients in George, Western Cape. You will deliver strategic financial guidance, optimize performance, and support complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quant field (MBA/ MSc preferred).
• 5–7 years in investment banking, corporate finance, financial advisory, or management consulting with a financial focus.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, due diligence, and corporate restructuring.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, capital raising, and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships independently.
• Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including valuation, due diligence, modeling, and forecasting.
• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions.
• Develop financial strategies to optimize capital structure and profitability.
• Assist with debt and equity financing, including information memorandums and investor engagement.
• Support corporate restructuring and turnaround initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance, identify drivers, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for client management.
