Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CA(SA)/CMA/CPA designation required.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a controller or similar management position.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and complex financial functions remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee the development of budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
